Anita Bean BSc, RNutr is an award-winning registered nutritionist, whose practical style has made her one of the UK's most respected nutrition writers. She’s accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and specialises in sport and exercise nutrition. Anita has authored more than 20 books and hundreds of articles, including features for national magazines such as Good Housekeeping, Cycling Weekly and Runner’s World. She has worked with the British Olympic Association and Swim England, as well as with numerous teams, clubs and individuals in a diverse range of sports, from swimming and bodybuilding to running, triathlon and cycling. Anita is an experienced public speaker and the official nutritionist for the London Marathon and RideLondon.
