This short book manages to focus on every aspect of anger management and deals with the subject objectively. I found the chapters on self-control and dealing with stress particularly useful as it shows how you can turn everyday stress and negative emotions into positives. It helped me understand the importance of being in control of the pattern of your own thought and that's what leads to control over your emotions. Now there are some issues with spelling, grammar and words being jammed together but nothing that stops you from reading the text. Would be five stars if not for that but still good value at this price.
