Andrew Linke is an author of adventure, science fiction, and fantasy novels.
Andrew began his obsession with stories as a young child listening to audiobooks, radio dramas, and recorded lectures. As soon as he learned to read, Andrew always insisted on carrying a novel or comic collection with him, whether riding in the car, walking the dog, or waiting in line for a roller coaster. His homeschooled upbringing afforded him ample time to read and it was not long before he made a habit of checking out a dozen books from the library every week.
Though he had played at writing stories and comics since childhood, Andrew started writing seriously in 2011. Since then he has published four complete novels (three of them in the Oliver Lucas Adventures series) and several short stories. A fourth Oliver Lucas novel will be released in September of 2015. Andrew is also in the midst writing a fantasy serial (Eastward Dragons) and a second science fiction novel (Dyson's Angel).
Andrew currently works as a middle-school English teacher in Virginia and writes on weekends and evenings. In the past he has worked with church youth groups, made pottery, and spent seven summers working at Pipsico Scout Reservation.
