This matt has been purchased as a gift. Arrived damaged by the courier company.
I have contacted customer service and they issued a refund.
I didn't want to put it to the bin as it was still good for home projects, not to give as a gift due to quite significant marks on the corner.
I used it a few times and it's good. I have another one which was much more expensive and I literally can't see the difference.
I am giving 5* based on the product quality.
It could be packed better so there will be no risk of damage during transportation as it was wrapped in plaster only. Maybe paper flat box and some polystyrene around the corner.
I wouldn't buy from this company again to avoid similar issues as it takes time to deal with customers service, even though Amazon customer services is always great 👍
