Natalie Danford is a seasoned food and travel writer and book critic whose work has appeared in The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, Fine Cooking and many other publications. She is also an experienced translator of Italian whose credits include Puglia: A Culinary Memoir, A Family Farm in Tuscany: Recipes and Stories from Fattoria Poggio Alloro and La Cucina Italiana: The Encyclopedia of Italian Cooking. She has also translated numerous books for Sassi Editore, including Roma Aeterna and Bella! Italia. The author of a novel, Inheritance, she lives in Brooklyn, N.Y.
