Amanda Li is a children's writer who works across all age groups, from pre-school to teenage. She specialises in non-fiction, humour and activity titles and has had more than sixty-five books published. She is often commissioned to create new ideas for children's popular brands and licences as well as writing non-fiction for organisations such as The Science Museum and The Imperial War Museum. Amanda is also an experienced ghost writer and consultant who has helped many well-known authors with their work.
Before becoming a freelance writer, Amanda had many years' experience in children's publishing as a commissioning editor. She lives in London with her family.
