In 2012 I retrained as a coach and launched my own coaching business, initially focussed on coaching people who were moving into positions of leadership within their organisation - tackling challenges that ranged from people management, to business strategy, to sales.
In 2016 I wrote 'What's Your Excuse for not Loving Your Job?' to help people who wanted to get more out of their current role, and their time at work. After all, we spend a lot of our time working, so it makes sense to maximise the enjoyment we get from it!

I'm now a business coach, working exclusively with people who run their own business.
My clients tackle challenges ranging from understanding what they want to achieve with their business - and defining what success means for them - right through to developing a clear strategy and plan of action to achieve their goals, and then implementing it.
I wrote 'Your Business Cube", published in 2021, for the business owner clients that I support now. It's part guide, part exercise book, part toolkit, and packed with useful information and a wealth of exercises to help the reader work out exactly what they need to know AND do to make their business successful.

“I really enjoyed reading Your Business Cube. The structure, objectives and clarity are excellent.
I think this will be a great business aid:
– for start-ups, where addressing the questions on values and ‘who you are’ are vital
– for more experienced businesses, where the latter sections of the book will be particularly useful.”
Forbes Low, CEO, Kingston Chamber of Commerce
“I’ve read a few books since starting my business and this is definitely my favourite. It’s helped me more with my business than any others. Everything is really clear.”
Rachael Dalton, Virtual PA
“The wonderfully simple structure of this business workbook is so effective: the Why, the What and the How broken down into 3 focus points with 3 exercises in each.
It's approachable (even fun!) sometimes really challenging (in a good, self-examination way) and it's practical – thank you.
Really good for start-ups but also an invaluable review tool for SME owners and their teams at any stage.”
Caroline Barraclough, Owner, Caz Bookkeeping
“I really enjoyed this book – it was easy to follow and had simple instructions for each task. Having spaces to complete the exercises in the book as I went along was particularly useful.”
Rina Bailey, Owner of Dotty’s Oils
