I came across Easyway on an online forum and it was so highly recommended I had to give it a try.
The book is full of obvious facts about smoking and you can see hints of suggestive comments between the cheesy lines - the book is not a good read, you sit there feeling frankly a little put-off by the language used, but that's how it works; it's essentially brainwashing aiming to unpick all the ideas you have about smoking being pleasurable, stress relieving, or difficult to quit and reinforces the idea that smoking is a silly addiction not worthy of your time.
I'll admit the book itself didn't work for me...
I could see how the method worked but something about the book just didn't gel with me - this was made all the more frustrating by the fact everyone I recommended this book to managed to quit problem-free with this method - so I decided to go to a local Easyway clinic (book gives you discount, and the clinic offers a money back guarantee). I went in a little sceptical and left feeling no different, I was expecting to suddenly be disgusted by smoking and as I wasn't I thought I would surely buy more smokes on the way home so making this a failed attempt - that never happened. There's no sudden feeling of 'POW!' then you're a non-smoker, it is like you were simply never a smoker to begin with, there is no painful period of depriving yourself, cravings or moodiness which means nothing to drive you back to smoking.
I smoked 20+ per day for 11 years - I HATED SMOKING - I was constantly ill, had serious chest infections and suffered multiple minor strokes, also smoking made me pathetic as I'd walk through dark streets at 3am with a hand full of copper just to get a pack of 10 from the all-night garage, or I'd rummage through the bottom of my bin bags to find soggy butts to take apart for the tobacco. I tried various methods to try to quit; cold-turkey with various tips and tricks to help, cutting down first and changing my smoking habits, Nicotine Replacement Therapy (gum, patches, lozenges, tabs, inhalator - on NHS with smoking clinics and alone), drugs such as Zyban and Champix, E-cigarettes (both old-style and modern), herbal cigarettes, anti-smoking spray/mouthwash, hypnosis...everything. Nothing worked for more than 3 months, and they were tortured months I spent desperate for a smoke or avoiding certain social situations to avoid the temptation. Nothing worked until Easyway, now I'm a happy non-smoker.
I recommend this to every single person who has ever wanted to quit smoking.

Okay, I purchased this book in the hope it would push me to give up smoking – after smoking for about 18 years, 20 a day.
I had met a new partner who didn’t smoke and I really didn’t want to continue smoking.
It has been over 2 years and I haven’t smoked since I finished the book.
Now don’t get me wrong, initially I was still grumpy and antagonistic, particularly towards my sister and boss – sorry to both – but it passed. I took the book seriously and was slightly mortified about my smoking behaviour when I was reading it.
I also made sure I followed the advice and watched people when they were smoking to see how much they weren’t enjoying the experience.
I had given up previously but still thought about smoking every minute it would seem and over compensated by eating my own body weight in sweet treats daily. However, with this method I am happy to say that after the initial few weeks, I seldom thought about smoking and thinking about smoking generally has decreased considerably over time. I did put on a bit of weight but only have a few pounds left to shift – I knew it would happen and was more aware of the fact I would probably eat more.
At £8.00 a packet (I think that around what it is) I have saved myself nearly £6,000 over the last 2 years. This literally did change my life for the better.
Buy this book, but be warned, a) you have to want to give up – it needs some control from you and b) I have heard it only works once so if you give in and start smoking, it may be that the book doesn’t work a second time...................................
I never took to this book but a mate quit after reading this and was a 20 year plus smoker he absolutely swears by the book and constantly tells me to read it again

I believe there is a trigger in a written line that will strike a chord within you and make you quit smoking once and for all.
I have recommended this book to 5 other people. Two out of the 5 people read this book and quit. The other 3 are afraid to read this book as they fear losing their crutch (cigarettes).
I will admit that after 7 days of not smoking, I had to pick up the book again to re-read some parts of it (that's okay - they tell you to do that). I took it one day at a time after that. If I can quit, you can quit. For just a few dollars, you can also be rid of the shackles that cigarette smoking has on you. And smell better, too. Good luck!
