It arrived on time but 2 essential parts were missing, I won't go into the to and fro I had with amazon, all I wanted is that they send the missing parts but they wanted me to pay upfront for a courier to collect it so I could get a refund for the whole thing. I am disabled an live remotely so I am not in a position to travel miles to a designated drop off point. After the problems I had trying to get to this point with amazon i was not prepared to spend more money to get my money back, it is like a gambler continuing in the hope of recovering their losses. After hours of discussion I decided to cut my losses and abandon the claim. (Although I will take it up with my credit card company).
I am disappointed with amazon, I have used them a lot during the last few months due to the current situation . They are great at taking your cash and delivering but if there is a problem they will do everything they can do to confound your attempts to make the situation right.
I have spent many thousands of pounds with amazon and now they treat me like this.
Anyway, to get to the product, I already have a couple of these and I really like them, they are very well designed and manufactured to a high quality, they are really sturdy and easy to use. Once they saved my life, but that's another story, A couple of drawbacks are:
1. They are bit short which makes the PC a bit topple heavy.
2. We don't need brakes, I don't often park my computer on a hill, you can't get your toes onto them and so are difficult to release, they are just a hindrance.
