I have read this book twice and I think it is absolutley amazing. You can really get inside the characters feelings. Although I have never been in a situation like the Jeromes, you can understand how they feel. Cormier shows exactly how young people can be pushed into many situations by peer pressure and how this can the lives of many people and how everyone becomes a victim. The book kept my attetion throughout and surprised me at the end as the 'avenger' was a minor character until the end.
We all fall down: I really like the book. It's my type of book maybe this makes me so positive about it. I had no problems with the vocabulary. So my guess is that this book has been written in a clear English. Also the description of the persons are very good. I could really imagine how the story went, just like a movie playing before my eyes, all thanks to the good description. But not everybody was well described but I wouldn't say this is a bad point. The fantasy in a book must be also present, so you maybe find something of yourself in it. The only conclusion I can make is that this book is very good.
