I think it was utter brilliance JEM giving Drew his own little book. After all he was the one character we didn't really get to know much about in This Man, he was the moody closed off one. He was so worth the wait ! Can chain me up anyday ;-)
Raya was such a likable character with a pretty sad story too, loved her. The chemistry was scorching from the off between her and Drew. The love scenes were definitely hot and steamy, our Drew has quite the dirty mouth which i loved.
Loved the scenes with Drew, Sam and Jesse together, the humour was fab with laugh out loud moments. Also his daughter Georgia, she was so cute and adorable. Drew really is a doting Daddy.
Bloody brilliant !! An absolute MUST READ for This Man fans !
5 ***** Huge stars
I was so excited to read All I Am with its brilliant opening, to being able catch up with all our favourite characters, it was like a warm blanket... it felt familiar and to think it all started back in 2012, I remember it like yesterday. All the memories good or bad came rushing back.
Drew was the only one that hadn't settled down, he liked his life the way it was just him and his daughter Georgia and Hux no ties.
However a piece of paper with a name and contact number on changed all that.
Raya wasn looking for ties she just wanted to have some fun and forget but Drew changed all that .. The chemistry between these two was sizzling, they tried to fight it but they couldn't stay away from each other.
Jesse and Ava, Sam and Kate were always there to give advise it was quite funny especially when you think back to all those problems Jesse had, look where they are now.
Drew very nearly blew his chances wth Raya whilst she opened up... Drew held back some important information add to that the miss understandings and awkward situation that looked anything but you couldn't blame Raya for thinking the worst.
Georgia sweet Georgia she stole the show at times and from the part where Raya was confronted with that scheming Coral and Drew panicking looking for his car keys and then there being no car... Couldnt help laughing at that.! he needed to up his game, Georgia was right there along with Jesse and Sam. There are plenty of laughs curtesy of the guys and Georgia as they race to the airport but time was against them, it didn't quite go to plan and ended on an emotional note.
Drew's back home drowning his sorrows, leaving drunk voice mails on Raya's mobile, thinking his apologies are a little to late when there's a knock on the door.
All I can say is All I Am is everything you would want it to be. Fabulously and beautifully written it makes you really appreciate everything Jodi Ellen Malpas writes she is so good.!
After reading the preview of The Forbidden I've pre-ordered it of course and cannot wait.

This eagerly awaited novella of Drew, one of the characters from the This Man Series was amazing,
We got to hear from Drew POV his story 8 years on,
Drew has a 7 year old Daughter Georgina with Carol who took advantage of him 8 years ago while he was in a drunken states,
Georgina his the apple of his eye and will do anything and everything for her on the four days a week he has her,
Drew has his own estate agency Company and works really hard to make it a success,
But Drew's private life has not changed that much from when he was a member of The Manor,
Only now that it's been sold he's become a member of a seedy dim lighted erotic club called Hux where he gets rid of all his stress and gets his sexual needs with no strings, no commitments,
One Particular night the boss of Hux gives him a piece of paper with a newbies name and number Raya. She wanted Cold emotionless and filthy, Drew could do that, That's what he was good at,
Arranging a meeting for the following night Drew found himself intrigued by Raya. He was getting feelings for her, wanted to protect her the more meetings they had the stronger his emotions got, Drew was out of his mind
With all these unknown feelings and emotions Drew tells Jesse who tells him he's in love with Rays and he's screwed,
I loved this Novella of Drew's it made me laugh in quite a few places, Jodi is an amazing author and knows where and when to put laughter and emotions, Her characters are so well developed which makes you love them all the more,
I would definitely highly recommend All I Am to friends
Drew's story was exactly what I was hoping for and even though it was a novella, there was still enough of the old character left to keep me satisfied...so to speak.
The bonus is of course, catching up with Jesse but learning about Drew and an entirely new situation for him, is one worth reading. He finds himself to be a fish out of water in this instalment and at times, the reaction he receives from his friends is quite hilarious which is part of the This Man charm - the supporting characters.
If you are a This Man fan, (as I am) then this story is a must!
There is also a small introduction into the next book from JEM and I can't wait!!
I don't usually enjoy insta-love but on this occasion I did because it was both of them affected - it wasn't just lust ........... I loved the fact that this pristine gent who never had a hair out of place suddenly got his feathers well and truly ruffled. I loved Georgia (I need to go back to where they find out that Coral did a sneaky as I don't remember that bit) but I do wish JEM would let us know how Coral is finally removed from all their lives.
