I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. Yes it is a novel but it appears to have been written by a very intelligent and well researched author. Robin Moore is to be congratulated in not sensationalizing the facts and supposition.

There is no story here - Apollo 11 goes to the moon and the crew see a red light on the surface. That's it. Not worth the £1.91.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not based on a true story. 2 Jan. 2014
By PA Cindy - Published on Amazon.com

Had I realized the story was not based on true events, I would not have bought it. (I must have missed that part.) It was an okay read and I did learn some details about the astronauts. Good read, just wish it was true.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fiction?.....or fact? 3 Sept. 2013
By Matt - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
The book was an interesting read....but often times I was wondering how much of it was true.....using actual events and people in the most incredible event, but somehow seeming that the story was possibly 'invented'.......with no real proof of any the conversations on record.
That being said, after reading it, it brought many questions, possibilities, and possible theories about aliens.....but was it based on actual conversations between astronauts?

I was glad to pick this up when it was free, because at only 91 or so pages, $3.99 is a little high. But, it's a fun read.
