The Alex Rider collection is about a boy ( Alex ) that after the death of his uncle ( Ian Rider ) he gets involved with secret intelligence MI6. ( He become a teenager spy )

All the teenagers would love to be a Spy , but not Alex , after he realised what it is like to be spy he kept on trying to get out of MI6 , but after series of problems happen he just can't stop working for them.

It is well written by Anthony Horowitz , it really makes you want to keep on reading all night.

The only thing i didnt like about how Anthony wrote it is that Alex never gets a pretty girl.

YOU SHOULD REALLY BUY THE BOOKS!!!! or borrow it from a library.

I loved reading the Alex Rider books, and i would recomend to anyone the books. they are exciting and surprising. all of the books contain emotion and suspense. i would stay up all night long if i had to sometimes just to get the books finished, there is only a couple of books that do that to me: The switchers trilogy by Kate Thompson, All the Harry Potter books and, of course, all the Alex rider books, i garaurantee that they will have you on the edge of your seat!

My 10 year old son raced through this collection within a week of night-time reading. He is typical of the average boy of his age - loves James Bond style drama and adventure. The writing is well constructed, good visual descriptions and clearly compelling reading.

In my opinion the best of any of the young teen books. This collection is a must and will keep young minds reading for 4 months.
Since the launch of Alex Rider we have seen Young James bond, Cherub, Jason Steed, Jimmy Coates and Spy High. This has still got to be the best series out there.
