I would have given it a 5 star but there is a serious design flaw. The hinges that link the two panes together are attached by two hinges held together by one allen key bolt in each (allen key supplied). There are clear rubber spacers to stop the hinges 'grinding' against the glass and also to try and alleviate the hinges turning in the hinge holes. However, this rubber is the only thing that stops the secondary pane from slipping down out of level. This means that you have to try and tighten the allen keys as tight as you can. I tightened these as much as I could but with the weight of the secondary pane the hinges still slipped and stopped the bi-fold opening. I had to take off and tighten again (this time using major force). Fingers crossed it is now holding but to be sure it does not slip again we always store the door folded.
There are simple changes that could be done to completely stop this problem. Having 2 holes per hinge or a simple vertical bar built into the hinge to stop the hinge spinning out of the horizontal. As this is a major issue and it could be a simple design fix I have chosen to give it 3 stars when it could have got 5.
