""Advanced Sports Nutrition "threads through the clutter of nutritional mumbo-jumbo. With the skill of the Olympic gymnasts and other elite athletes he advises, Dr. Dan Benardot deftly explains the latest scientific findings in lucid prose, emphasizing the importance of commonsense food-based nutrition over gimmicky supplements.
