Format: Paperback
Finally, a down-to-earth book for working with adolescents... ending, ruptures, everything needs to be thought in the context of the adolescent psyche. Full of insights and the 'little truths' I always recognised in my work with teenagers, and never found it written anywhere else. A very good book indeed.

Very good book for anyone thinking of adolescents, working with their own adolescence, if they can bear it. A strong and well written debate around what we seek to bury returns and has the power to shame and humiliate if we choose to judge on face value and misunderstand.

As a psychotherapist training to work with teenagers, this book is a mine of experience, knowledge, all expressed with deep empathy and even compassion for what adolescents go through, something lots of adults seem to have "left behind" (blocked? forgotten?). This will be one of the best, enriching books I will have read in my whole life.
