About the Author

Réda Hassaïne has worked as an investigative journalist for Newsweek, The Sunday Times, The Times, The Daily Mail as well as French Television station France2. He is now a British citizen and spends his life between Algeria and the UK. Kurt Barling has been a BBC journalist for a quarter of a century working at every level of broadcast journalism. As an investigative journalist he has produced and presented critically acclaimed documentaries, seminal current affairs programmes and been at the forefront of the news agenda. As well as continuing to practise as a journalist he is a Professor of Journalism at Middlesex University London.
