After careful consideration and comparison between different steam cleaner I decided to give it a try. Overall I am satisfied with it but couple of bits which are the reason for 4 stars.
First the good things.
- It is easy to maneuver, due to weight not being attached to the cleaner, it's exactly the same like using henry the hover if you know what I mean.
- Steam pressure is fairly strong and can get rid of solid stains.
- Cable is reasonably long so you can cover couple of rooms easily without pulling the plug.
- Steam get ready fairly quickly despite having big tank and last for a while.
Now the bad bits.
- There is no visual way to find out level of water left in the tank. Even when filling it up you won't have any idea when to stop unless you are using the measuring cup comes with it. Transparent tank could have been good thing.
- It throws large amount of water initially when ready to use, not good if you are cleaning leather sofas.I suppose that is left over steam turned water in the hose.
- And lastly it's bit bulky to store, it's not like you use it and tuck it away, you need to dismantle it in order to keep it in confined places.
But as I said, it's still do the job fairly well so generally I am happy.
