    I like the battery as it doesn’t need charging daily. It’s good because it has two USB
    Ports and you can charge two an iPad and iPhone at the same time. It charges up relatively quickly and since using it I haven’t discharged all the charge on it.

    It’s not the kind of power pack one would carry around. It’s better for in the car. I charge my daughters iPhone when we are out at the shops. I leave it on charge in the boot as she uses a fair bit of battery when she is watching videos.

    I don’t like the buttons. It’s in an annoying place. I think I have pressed it but sometimes
    not. The case which came with it has a netting fabric over it and that’s coming away. It’s poor, hasn’t lasted 5/6 weeks.

    Photo is of my 5 year old daughter’s iPhone 6s.

    Since using it appears to hold the charge and it lasts for a couple of days when my daughter charges up her iPad in the car. I took it with me to the hospital and it used up nearly two charges (from 7.00am to 5.00pm) When not in use it seems to hold the charge. I have dropped it the once and it seems to still work fine. I was worried I had broken it.

    slow charging. Expecting a refund or replacement.

    UPDATE: Extremely happy with the company and staff's response, very prompt and helpful. I was given full refund aswel as a new device which is superb, and working just like I wanted. Highly recommended as I think the first device was faulty but the second one is just amazing.

    The new replacement product is a beast.
