Maybe I expected too much, for the price paid.
Easy to assemble and use. When switched on, I needed all 3 sections on, to get a decent heat, but I do live further north. Overall, worth the money.

I have to admit to being a little bit disappointed with this. The heat does not radiate outwards and unless you are sitting directly underneath you will not feel any warmer. It is not difficult to assemble but is a little awkward to hold up at the top of the imbrella and tighten to fit at the same time. Maybe I am a bit naive but I think I expected more for £200

The item is just not powerful enough. The description states its 1500kw power however that's only if you have all 3 individual heaters on. Each heater is only 500kw power and only has 1 heat setting. The description of the product, its power and capabilities are disingenuous and not accurate.
