Great set of earphones

I initially bought a pair of these to use along with my Sony WF-1000XM4, which I have always felt fit a bit awkwardly into my ears, no matter which ear tips I use.

Unboxing - I really liked the unboxing of these; it definitely felt very premium.

Pairing - Very easy to pair with my Pixel 7 Pro. I took them out of the charging case, and a prompt appeared on the phone to connect and link them to my Google account.

Sound and ANC - Not as good as the Sonys, but they cost three times as much, so I didn't expect that. However, I'm still very impressed by the sound and ANC considering the cost. The virtual surround sound, bass, and equalizer settings can be tweaked in the app.

Battery - In a test from 100% to 0%, I get about 4-5 hours of use, which is really good. To be fair, most days I would only use them for an hour or two and then put them back into the charging case. The case charges via a USB-C connection, which is handy.

Comfort - They have a really nice fit and are much lighter than the Sonys, so I don't feel like they will fall out at any time.

Design - I'm a massive fan of the design of these. The LEDs on the buds and case impressed me the most because they are really unusual and stand out from the competition. The charging case is very light, which is great for traveling and carrying in the pocket. The earphones are held in the charging case very well, thanks to good magnets and build quality.

Price - For the price point, you really can't go wrong with these, especially with so much competition. I have recommended them to friends who don't want to spend as much as they would for AirPods or the Sony XM4.

The only thing I would say needs a bit of work is the Android companion app. But, to be honest, you don't really need it unless you are tweaking any of the settings.

I am not much of a gamer but these are some well-built earbuds. They feel solid in and out of the year. The speaker mesh is very large and is metal giving me confidence that they will last. They are discreet enough not to scream "gaming gear", but at the same time have that little colour when you interact with the case, which is very cool.

The sound is very good and impresses with its loudness. In fact, I think they are too loud even on the lowest setting 5/100 (they stop after that), but some might prefer it that way. The battery life and ANC are also very good and I use them to work in noisy environments even without playing any music.

I only have the following gripes:
- ANC outdoors cannot deal with even the slightes wind, so I have to turn it off
- I wish the app allowed for tap shortcut modification like Soundcore does. For instance, I want to be able to quickly toggle Ambient mode instead of going Strong ANC > Low ANC > Ambient > ANC off every time

At present I would say they are at 4.5, but if these two gripes are improved, they could absolutely be at 5 stars.

Purchased these to have as a dedicated gaming headset for when 'on the move' and was pleasantly impressed with their size, weight and finishing touches (..who doesn't like RGB effects and branded cables).

I'd suggest updating the firmware on arrival.. mine came with 1.25 on board and I was able to update to (at time of writing) the latest version of 1.55 (nb: it won't let you attempt the upgrade if you don't have enough power on your phone or device). You'll have to add the device via your Bluetooth options in your phone settings before it'll detect it in the app - this initially threw me, but once connected their Armoury Crate will let you adjust volume, equalizer settings, provide a power gauge and give you a list of 'tap' commands you can carry out on the left and right earbuds (such as answering calls, playing music and activating various levels of active noise cancelation).

Happy to add them to my portable gaming travel bag :)

I bought these mainly to use with my phone and my phone. They seem well built and the lights give them a premium feel .
The game mode appears to get rid of some of that bluetooth audio lag .
The active noise cancelling is suprisingly effective but please do not expect to disappear into your own bubble.
