I've had this lamp for a month now and I think its great, it looks and feels well made, its fairly bright and the bicycle mount is great. The 7dayshop's light says 110 lumen on the box though it's twice as bright as some cheap 300 lumen lights.
Had a bit of a niggle when I first got it, it would change mode and go off when cycling over bumps, this was sorted out by stripped the lamp down and I found the little LED unit at the front which screws in was loose, firmly put it back together (no tools) and its worked perfectly ever since, apart from I sometimes need to click the switch more than once to get it to come on. OH yeah big click on and off, little click change mode. I takes 3 x AAA batteries, works well with rechargeable s, my 1000 mAh batteries last for 2 to 3 weeks in the winter per charge with daily use.
One year on everything is still great.

I've been using this light for two months now and it's been a good experience. Fast delivery, very easy to install securely to the bike, well made and solid, provides a bright light and is a very stylish looking torch too. The only very minor fault I've found is that it switched itself on and drained the battery when I stowed it insecurely in the saddlebag, because the on/off switch is quite exposed. Problem easily overcome by stowing securely. Great value and a great product - I would highly recommend this.

Instrcutions don't say that to alternate flashing you have to press the button lightly rather than all the way in. Very bright though! Nice metal case too.

Bought this as I was terrified cycling on the roads and in the dark park at night. They work a treat, this metal frame is robust enough to withdstand my clumsiness. It detatches with screws which is less likely to break and easy to remove when you know it's too risky leaving your light attached to the bike. This is insanely bright, I tend to point it down to not blind other drivers. I can see the cone of light stretching a good 10m in pitch black.

You know that trick your dad used to play on you? "Look down the hose, see if the water's coming"? You did, he switched it on, you ended up with a face full of water?

Trust me - do not look down the barrel of this thing when you switch it on to see if it works. It does, and it is as bright as fu, er.....a very bright thing.

All appears to be well made, light (weight) and easily attached, it takes only 3 AAA batteries (not included) but I lit up the street on my first ride out.

Very impressed, even more so considering the price. Pay cheap, buy twice? We'll see.

Some notes about functions:
To turn on press the button hardly.
To switch between 3 modes (full power, half power, flashing beam)
press gently.
To switch OFF, press hardly again.

Well made, bright for size, good flash function for better visibility, and I like the fact that you can remove it from the mount and it's just a torch, unlike most bike lights.

I originally gave this 5 stars but now have to make an edit. After the SECOND time I used it, it has stopped working properly. It flickers on and off, and sometimes won't come on at all unless you fiddle with the screw mechanism on the front (exposing the LED). I suspect this is a very cheaply made light with rubbish soldering so the connections have come lose. I would understand this happening after 100 hours use on bumpy roads, but 2 x 4 mile commutes on the road is pathetic. Spend more, get more. Nothing worse than being stranded at work in the dark evenings because your ruddy light doesn't work.
