Being an avid reader of self-improvement success books it became clear as I made my way through this book that it stands apart. Not only is it evidence-based (quoting a very wide range of scientific studies spanning the diverse fields of psychology, expert performance and neuroscience) but the author has seamlessly weaved together key insights into the successes of a number of notable and leading performers from the world's of business and sport (such as George Soros, Warren Buffet, Steve Jobs, Roger Federer, Usain Bolt, J.K Rowling).
The author, Jag Shoker has done an excellent job of working together all his extensive research into one over-arching theory. In essence, the 7 Master Moves help you to appreciate and master what Shoker refers to as the one defining quality of success - knowing how to make the right move at the right time.
The book is well-written, and has a definite inspirational edge to it which makes you want to read on and apply the practical information/exercises that are shared at the end of each Master Move. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in a transformational change or personal success that wants to read a self-development book which has genuine substance, depth and insight.
