Has the new version lost pages in an update/revision or is it just a different size?

Yggdrasil says:
Actually, this version has more content, as it covers the Mattias Rath in greater depth, as the court case involving The Guardian was resolved shortly after publication of the first version. The new edition is what the book trade calls a B-format or mass-market version. The previous version is a C-format or trade paperback, which is what many poublishers are now pubisheing instead of hardback edition (or, in certain very cynically motivated cases, as an editon between the hardback and the mass-market version).
