The book won't play except on kindles --- not on free kindle readers on pc's anyway.
I'm a father of three young kids who needs his exercise, I try get out for a run, swim or cycle most days. With my limited time I have tended to neglect my stretching and muscle toning and started to pay for it with injuries over the past year. This book solved my problems. It's helped me find the time, the exercises and the motivation to work on my strength and flexibility. And the best bit was that it is very easy and fun to use, the exercises are on one page with simple instructions and good photos that show you what to do.
I now find myself exercising and stretching all the time, hell I'm stretching as I type this.
I'd definitely recommend it. For the few dollars it costs I'll be using it for a loooonnnnngggg time to come!
