All in all, if you're a jobbing developer this book is the perfect addition to your library. So much better than trawling through the MSDN library.
Learning C# from a teach yourself course.
Got this so that I can keep the different statements / programming features fresh, and
get a second source for the odd thing which may not be explained too well.
Lots of examples in the course but wanted something with a short, succinct example of each feature so that as I
write my own code I can have a quick refresh when needed.
Very clearly written, excellent code snippets. Nothing wasted but all essentials covered.
I reckon long after I finish the course I'll be carrying this around to keep me right.
Purchased to replace my tried and trusted C# 3.0 Pocket reference (2nd edition).
Previous pocket reference is always to hand and travels with me everywhere.
This version has approx.15 fewer pages although no fewer details.
I think if you are looking for a good value programming reference guide, this is perfect.
I would strongly recommend purchasing this book if you are moving to C# from another language and want to get up and running quick.
