Your business idea may be a winner, but it will remain an idea unless you can convince others - particularly prospective backers - of its viability.
In a step-by-step format this guide will help any organization define its aims to provide an invaluable business plan that can then be used to convince financiers that the business will work and is worth supporting.

The author of this book writes with the assumption that you know the basics for running your own business and reckons that, if you already have all the information at your fingertips, it only takes 24 hours to write a three year business plan for a samll to medium sized business. This book starts off with a planning timetable to help you plan to plan! Bizarre but so effective. The book is comprehensive, clear, easy to read and absorb. Although assuming a certain amount of knowledge it still covers all the basics and pushes you towards producing a business plan that will help you secure outside planning as well as forming the basis of your business management. There is a blank business plan at the end which some people may prefer to examples that are already filled in.
