One of the problems with conventional approaches to time management is that they perpetuate the dodgy thinking that gets us into trouble in the first place. Thinking of Time as a commodity that can be 'managed' in the same way that we manage, say, money, is at the heart of this. We cannot manage time any more than we can manage the weather, but we can manage ourselves and our attitudes and relationship with time.
Daniel Fournier's enjoyable and accessible ebook is a refreshing read filled with salutary information. I found his advice and the passion for his topic inspiring. He roots his examples in real life and gives pointers on how to make small changes straight away. My advice? Buy it and get others to do the same every time you hear one of them say "I haven't the time."
