I dropped my HP Mini Notebook and had a lot of bad sectors and issues with the hard disk, so I decided to replace the 160GB hard drive with this 320GB drive. It is a very easy process (remove the three screws in the battery compartment and then push up the lugs and the keyboard pops up, carefully lift it and you will expose the hard drive, remove the old drive and replace with the new, use all the existing parts/screws to secure the new drive and then pop the keyboard back into place and tighten up the screws in the battery compartment to secure it). Make sure you've got a nice small philips screw driver before starting and it takes about 5-10 minutes.
Also make sure you have backed everything up before replacing the drive and also that you have an operating system boot disk available before you remove the old drive. I took the opportunity to ditch windows and load Ubuntu 10.10 via a USB boot drive - very pleased that I made the move!
