I really enjoyed this. I find meditation important to finding balance and calm in my life. Linda Lavid truly did give you step by step, vivid explanations and visual imagery to assist you in your meditative journey. This small book is well written and easy to follow. Author is knowledgeable on the subject, resourceful, and helpful. My one qualm- the price tag! There were only 74 pages of writing- and while those were very well written pages, the rest of it was inspirational quotes and page ...more I really enjoyed this. This short book on meditation is well worth the price. It presents many forms of mindfulness practice which can be used on a daily basis and encourages journaling. Good for novices and those with experience in meditation.
