UPDATE: For what it's worth, I ended up getting a 14 in the Biological Sciences section of my MCAT. I still think this book has a lot of silly errors, but I guess I would have to say that it definitely helped me improve my score. (increased my rating to 3 stars)
With that said, there is NO SUBSTITUTE for taking practice test and questions, and this book has them it spades. Beyond just content, it teaches you to pay attention to the wording of a question as well as the MCAT question format. I HIGHLY recommend this.
