Would recommend it to everyone! So much to see and try! Great book, perfect pictures, nice description. I have tried probably only half of the products I can see in this book. Would like to try them all! Great for travellers, as not all the products can buy in local shops.

I often pick up this book and find something new. Photos are excellent and the text is informative and aimed at getting the point across quickly. Not a cook book but a book for anyone wanting to know about just about every ingredient in the world be it fish, cheese, meat or vegetables.
