I'm just getting to the nitty gritty of what the exercises are that you do each day. These are the bits I'm interested in and can then hopefully use with my children at school.
I would say this is a should read for any parent with small children and any teacher specifically Primary school teachers like myself.
It has so much information that we all need to not just get through life, but enjoy life in a relaxed way. I love it so much I have sent a copy to my daughter.
