Mark Dredge writes about beer, food and travel. His first book, Craft Beer World, looks at some of the most interesting and delicious craft beers you can find. Book two, Beer & Food, is the ultimate look at combining beer with food. His third book saw him travel the world in search of the answer to the question: What is the best beer in the world? His fourth book is called Cooking with Beer, featuring around 70 recipes all using beer as a key ingredient.
He's a multiple award-winning writer, having won the British Guild of Beer Writers Beer and Food Writer of the Year in 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2016, plus Beer and Travel Writer of the Year in 2016. He's been published in print and online around the world and is an international beer judge.
