I usually don't write reviews for amazon but I was pretty shock when i read the previous review!! Marcela Valladolid is amazing and her dishes are traditional Baja California dishes. They are not 100% traditional Mexican and has a little bit of influence of asian culture cause Tijuana is a city of immigrantes! Being a cachanilla ( born and raise in Tijuana) these are the dishes and recipes I grew up eating!! Super Delicious :) if you want Easy Baja Style this is the book for you but if you want a traditional Mexican cookbook with a mole recipe with 10 ingredients get a Oaxaca cookbook.
