Hi. I think that there is not significant difference in measures between this two products. The build quality is by my very different (must consider the price). Anyway, consider the Anker as a bumper that has the battery down

I have no experience with the Mophie Juice Pack, but here are the company specifications for each:
Mophie Helium: 2.49 in x 5.49 in x 0.59 in, 2.44 oz.
iAnker 2400mAh: 2.4 in x 5.4 in x 0.6 in, 2.7 oz.

I'd say the anker is lighter, but marginal and smaller as there's only approx a centremeter additional length added to the iPhone 5 compared to the mophie I had but that was on the iPhone 4S. Because it's smaller in my opinion the extra battery doesn't last as long as the mophie but still gets you through the day dependant on usage, just!!!! If you're a high user u may have to charge up again towards mid evening. Hope that helps. :)

There isn't a huge amount of difference between the two, I have the Anker and my sister has the Morphie and it's roughly comparable.
