I bought this to use as a massage ball. This was recommended to me by my osteopath. It's perfect. Good quality, fast delivery and well priced. Try it - stand straight next to a wall surface, placing the ball between your back/shoulders and the wall. Use pressure to hold the ball up. Move around in circular motions to work out muscle knots. Fantastic!
