DVD and Blu Ray companies always put together a new box set of a certain set of existing films just before the new one comes out. Not sure why. They have just released a steelbook edition of Batman Begins and Dark Knight in one set. Why? When every fan is waiting for the trilogy to wrap up and then purchase the 3 movie set?
Sorry to burst your bubble guys - no special features on this set, it's just a three-disc barebones compilation. The original set is more expensive because it has the two disc edition of Spidey 3.
Also, don't know if this'll end up being the same, but down in Australia this set is just being released in a single-sized case which contains the three discs; the original set included three separate cases.
@Garling: Actually the people who have this say that the 1 and 2 films have all the extras that were included in the DVD release, but the 3rd film is lacking the extras on its 2nd disc. The films also have new DTS HD MA audio.
