Someone knows if this blu ray is region free without the issues of 1080/50?

As far as I'm aware all blu ray disks to date have been region free. What is the 1080/50 issue you speak of?

This does not seem to be. I have put it in my blu ray player, and it never loads.

If you mean region free and will work on standard ntsc equipment my guess would be no. It will play in any blu ray player, but if your tv cannot display 1080i50 that's your tv. If the bluray player cannot output 1080i50 then it also won't work. The disc would still be region free. Region free just meants it would work on a region A,B, or C blu ray player. Which I'm sure it will, other wise it wouldn't say region free. However you need to make sure you have a bluray player that outputs 1080i50 and a tv that can also display the same.

Unless you mean you have the work around to display 1080i50 stuff, in which case yes it will work.
