Why is there a PG version and a 15 Rated Version of the same film?

Can anyone please explain if there are actual differences between the PG and 15 rated versions? I noticed the 15 rated version (released 1 Aug 2005) is over 4 times the price of the PG version (released 20 Jan 2003).

I don't think there are any cuts as both of the releases show an identical running time of 106 minutes.

If anyone has a view on why there are two rated versions for sale of what looks like the same cut of the movie, please can you let us know?
