I recently started making my own chocolates and was using a traditional pastry brush to coat the chocolate moulds - the hairs kept falling out and getting stuck in the chocolate disaster!!
So I thought I'd try this silicone pastry brush.
Its great, does the job -without loosing any bristles - and is easier to clean too!!

This brush is good and easy to clean. It feels a bit weird in comparison to a bristle brush but I'm sure I'll get used to it!

I bought this for a present and thought I would be able to choose which colour I received at some point during check out, unfortunately not! The one I received is a fairly dull blue/grey colour and not what I would have chosen but the item itself seems well made and useful. Shame about the colour though!
