I have bought the Angelcare AC401 for our imminent arrival but think that I had read in some reviews that the room temperature reading was not always accurate, has anyone any experience of this that they could share? Thanks

we have a digital thermometer in the room as well and ours is accurate to within 1 degree celcius more or less of what that says, but you need to be careful that the base station is not close to a source of heat as it will skew the reading. even a nightlight or having myself sitting within about 2 feet of it can raise the detected temp by a degree or two, although it drops back to normal afterwards.
