I grabbed a copy of this book last year whilst on holiday on France. I had originally intended it as a gift for a friend who is addicted to Nutella - but I kept it for myself!!
It is a really useful collection of recipes for things to spread on bread and toast. From the traditional chocolate and nut spreads to more unusual combinations of flavours. There are some savoury options as well.
Yes, it is in French - so a basic knowledge of the language is required (plus access to a dictionary or the internet to look up a few words here and there) but it is pretty simple to follow.
I am really glad it is part of my collection - and if you like things on toast, it is worth exploring.
