Ok, so we're looking for a new TV series to immerse ourselves in throughout winter! We're trying to eschew the more obvious ones (24, Battlestar, West Wing) because we've seen a fair few episodes of these on TV and are seeking something new and a bit different!

We've seen all of Buffy, Angel, Alias and the X-Files and most recently we've bought and enjoyed Carnivale, Twin Peaks, Blood Ties, Doll House, Firefly, Pushing Daisies, Jonathan Creek and Sharpe.

Where next? We both kinda lean towards the more fantastical.

We'd love some ideas!!

What about Supernatural? I haven't tired of this series yet, Heroes is also very good as is Moonlight.
Happy Viewing!

The Sopranoes is awesome if you haven't seen it. Star trek next generation was good fun but if you want some drama i can highly recommend both The Shield and The Wire!!

 Cossie says:
Yes Cracker is very good as true gritty drama and true Blood very good but more fantasy. I would also recommend 'Band of Brothers' and 'Six Feet Under'
