Hi I have an old Olympus SLR camera (non digital) and want to upgrade to a digital SLR. Can I use my existing lenses on a new camera? Do they have a universal fitting or can I buy an adaptor or some such thing? many thanks Alison
You definitely can, BUT you will need an adaptor, (avoid any non-Olympus item, it's an economy too far). There are functions you will lose, but I forget them because when I started to reduce my Olympus film kit I dropped the idea of keeping the lenses before getting to the details: I could get enough money for my well preserved bodies and lenses to buy more digital kit than I thought.
