I wonder if anyone can remember a Country song from the 60s-- I think it was called "Don't you believe it", and the first few lines were "If you should hear that someone new has eased the pain of losing you/ dont you believe it, not for a moment, dont you believe it because it isn't true"? In my head it seems like it was Eddy Arnold but I cant find anything in his albums.

A Google search using the first line of the lyric turns up a 7" single by Andy Williams with "Don't You Believe It" on the A-side and "Summertime" on the B-side. It was released on CBS records in the UK under catalogue nº AAG 116 and on Columbia in the US under nº 4-42523.
The following website offers it for sale as an mp3 download: http://mp3shake.com/en/album/Andy_William
