This distinctive contemporary white bone china tableware - set off by platinum trim at the edges - is purpose designed to bring the fine dining experience of Gordon Ramsay restaurants to the home tabletop. It adds elegance without distracting from the food with a subtle ripple effect which draws the eyes towards the cuisine. But it's durable enough for everyday use.
A beautifully realised set of 4 espresso cups and saucers: the cups feature a comfortably large handle, curvaceous interior to perfectly mix the beverage and retain the foamy surface, with an attractive and practical flat saucer for a spoon to sit properly, or take a biscuit or sugar...The cup is even versatile enough for a little appetiser, such as soup.
Here's a thoughtful design that's beautifully realised in an espresso cup that actually has a handle large enough to be held (rather than pinched!). Attention to detail is all: the egg shaped curvature of the interior allows for a proper flow and mix of cream and sugar, there is a fine rim to enable you to savour the taste, while the broad, flat saucer lets you safely place the spoon on one side. The cup is so versatile it could also be used for appetisers or canapés.
