I generally don't like messing around inside my ears because it is too easy to do potentially irreversible damage.
How far in? How to move it around? Does it really remove much stuff?
I got sore and inflamed ears after using this thing. I was careful not to push it in too far and was very gentle in moving it around. Intuitively, there is something wrong about shoving a piece of hard metal in your ears.
I find it extremely difficult to believe doctors designed or recommend this.
Stick to olive oil and a water filled syringe. You can even buy small water syringes to do it yourself. But ultimately, if you suffer from the problem of wax build up, there's no substitute for visiting the nurse at your local medical practice.
Look after your ears - you only get one set!!

This item is good value and worked immediately on first try.Protects from inserting the cleaner too far in the ear. Best used when wax has been softened with water or oil etc. Recommended.

I guess that you need to be a little careful when using it but it certainly released the wax in my ear, with the help of olive oil.

Very efficient but one has to be careful not to push it too far into the ear. Perhaps a material other than metal might be used.

I was sceptical about the claims for the earpal when I first read about it but I thought it was worth a try and I'm really glad I did. Within 30seconds of using it I'd safely removed 2 large lumps of wax and my hearing was back to normal.

So I've used it and it did work.
However the inside of my ear at least is a very tender area. And the end of the tool is a hard inflexible metal.
If it was still hard(ish) and had some flex in it then it would be perfect!
The dealer and their service was perfect. So no refection on them at all.

I was very sceptical when I bought this, but it actually works!! For some reason I get a build up of wax in my left ear which makes my ear feel blocked and I have to pay and have "Hopi ear candles" done every so often. This is not cheap at my Beauty salon so I thought I'd give this "earpal" a try. Well I looked at it and thought lets give it a go and low and behold the 1st time I used it I pulled out a big clump of soft wax (sorry I know not nice, but necessary to get across that it does work yuk!) it was extremely easy to use as well. My other ear was pretty clear so I don't know why it gets bad in the other one. You do have to be gentle as with anything to do with the ear canal, but I think it is worth every single penny and I will be keeping mine in a safe place from now on :-)
