Fitted this in my loft rather than outside, a superb picture. I would recommend this aerial to anyone thinking of replacing their old analogue one. Very easy to install and a great price. Well done.

The kit arrived within three days of ordering it.
After aligining the aerial the the transmitter and fitting it in the loft, the reception was very much better than expected in a poor reception area.

I live in a weak tv signal area so I invested in this aerial. It has improved the quality of the picture but not the quality of the programmes

Waste of time in the loft. Forget it. Put it outside but signal was very weak. The co-ax supplied with it is not shielded enough to get a good signal for Freeview digital. Had to replace the whole thing after a couple of months of dodgy signals and paxilating pictures.it

Set this aerial up in areally bad reception area and found that I needed
a mast aerial amplifier with power box. After attatching the said items
I recieved a cracking reception with freeview.I must add that most high gain aerials that are erected in low signal areas will need the same type of amplifiers.

I brought this aerial to connect a single tv that we had put into another room. I wired it up and mounted it in the loft space positioned appropriately. However I seem to be having really poor reception from the aerial; I have ensured all the connectors are installed correctly but it still hasn’t improved and my house is not in a poor signal area.

My brother works for sky and also does private installations, he said the coaxial cable provided is not insulated well enough and is picking up interference therefore affecting the overall signal. In order to sort the issue I will have to buy a better cable which means more expense...

Quote 'Suitable for outdoor or loft installation'. The picture also shows what appears to be a mounting bracket. What the description on amazon doesn't say is that the fitting supplied are NOT suitable (according to the enclosed instructions) for outdoors.

For outdoor use, you will need to buy a substantial/more suitable mounting bracket/pole.

Works a treat. Assembly instructions slightly misleading but digital picture is spot on. Our reception was supposed to be v good according to [...] and it didn't disappoint. Make sure u don't fully assemble it before u pass it through the loft hatch; it's v cumbersome.
