Headset very light weight, easy to operate and very easy to pair with my Blackberry. For the price paid you can't ask for anything else.

First class product. It was easy to connect to my smartphone and ready for use in minutes.I havebeen told that my conversations sound clearer than by using my phone on its own.
Would thoroughly recommend.

I did not even get close to using the item. Ten seconds on my ear and it just did not fit right. The buttons are too small and it does not come with a mains charger. All of the mainstream reviews fail to mention these small niggles. I wanted a cheap replacement blutooth headset. This one is not for me. Having a Jabra Cruiser in my commute car I can believe all the Hype. Jabra produce excellent products and if you can live with the quirks I am sure this is great.

Do not buy!! Spend the extra and get a plantronic or jawbone. The iner ease bit is massive making it painful to wear longer than 10 mins and courses pain when trying to use the answer button

I've noticed I make few but very long calls these days and my arms starting to ache. I decided I need a BT Headset because wired ones just get in the way. I was looking for a cheap and decent headset and this looked the part.

The build quality is decent and it does sit on and in the ear OK. I connected it very quickly and decided to put it through its paces. I called a couple friends and didn't tell them that I was using this. 1st friend didn't mention anything to do with the sound quality and I spoke with him for over 35mins. During this time, I started feeling pain in my ear because the earbud is quite rigged and not rounded and I knew it wasn't going to be very comfortable for long time use.

On my 2nd call the pain in my ear got bad enough that I had to swap ears. My friend straight away noticed the call quality was different and said it sounds like I'm speaking through a sock (i.e. muffled). I swapped the position back to see if that made a difference and it didn't. After 15mins on the phone, I called the 1st friend and asked him about the quality and he said it wasn't great but he could understand me so he didn't complain. I had a listen myself and it indeed sounds muffled and its even worse when used outdoors.

I wouldn't recommend these because of the sound quality and the pain it causes in the ear. I'm returning mine because I really don't see myself using this and considering the reason I bought this was for long calls, its not good enough for that purpose.

Unpacked this little gem and charged it for about 25 minutes, so it comes with a partial charge, which is expected. Most people will just plug in and start using straight away, I guess Lipo batteries are not as prone to life span issues. The suggested flat to full recharge time is 2 hours, I've not tested this.

The unit seems well constructed but does feel a little plasticy (with good reason, it's plastic) but that helps keep the weight down, you don't want a heavy old thing hanging off your ear. The single button has a good feel to it.

The only issue I have and hence the four stars is the comfort. It's fine for an avergae phone call, but after 30 minutes of so it rests just so against the ear that is starts to ache.

UPDATE: Feb 2014
While this seemed to be very good at first, after a few months of use I have started get complaints that I cannot be heard. The sound quality is very poor and I have to fail back to the phones internal mic and speakers before anyone can hear me. There is also a echo generated by it on many occasions. I think I'll be returning it, if I can find the box.

The product arrived much quicker than expected, very impressed. Having had a Jabra earpiece before was slightly disappointed with the piece that goes into the ear, it seems to be a harder material than the previous jel material used. To date I have not found any company who could supply these jel replacements.

I bought this because it was cheap and I needed a headset quickly. what a wonderful surprise when I got it. Very good quality, very comfortable and easy to use. The only slight complaint is that I personally would have liked a little more volume, but I'm probably a bit deaf. I love it.

For the cost, this is a good purchase. Easily connected to my Iphone 4S.

Downside is I personally find the ear clip to be very tight. It would be helpful if it had an on-off button. You have to get used to the sound of the "tone" when switching it on and off. Also, it only comes with a USB adapter and no plug! (whats that all about?). So when ordering, if you don't have access to a USB you would need to ensure you have a USB plug.

On a positive note, the battery seems to last quite long and when switched on will bleep when the battery is running low. Its ok for the price but my previous wireless had all the attributes of what is stated above. Unfortunately I lost it so thought this was an equivalent replacement...which it wasn't. But it does the job.
